Fly when you want!
At DreamBalloon, we stand out by offering flexibility. After purchasing your ticket, you don’t need to wait for a minimum number of passengers in your area. Simply choose your date and location from our flight calendar. If your flight is not full, we’ll still fly!
Of course, all flights are subject to weather conditions, but since your ticket is valid for 24 months, you’ll have plenty of time to choose a new date if needed.

Booking a hot air balloon ride with DreamBalloon is simple and quick. Here’s how it works:

Choose your ticket on our website and make the purchase. Your ticket will be valid for 24 months and can be used for any flight date and location from our calendar. - Receive Your Ticket
After purchasing, you will receive an email with your electronic ticket in PDF format. The ticket includes a unique reservation code and is not personalized, so you can use it or gift it to someone else. - Book Your Flight
Choose your desired date and location from our flight calendar. Enter your reservation code and basic details, then click “Confirm Reservation” to secure your spot. - Prepare for the Flight
On our website, you’ll find answers to many common questions about how the flight works, how to prepare, and what to expect. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us! - On the Day of the Flight
Keep your fingers crossed for good weather! Before each scheduled flight, the pilot reviews weather conditions to ensure a safe flight. You’ll receive an SMS with the meeting time and location. - Let’s Fly!
If the weather is favorable, your adventure begins! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, don’t worry – you can use your reservation code to book a new flight on a different date.

- Package deal (2 Persons) – Buy two tickets at a discount and enjoy an unforgettable adventure with a friend or loved one. The tickets have separate booking codes and don’t have to be used jointly. Learn more
- Ticket with a Gift Invitation – In addition to the instand electronic ticket in PDF, you receive an elegant invitation in an envelope that you may give as a gift. Learn more
- Ticket with Gift Box – also includes the electronic PDF ticket, as well as a white gift box containing a ticket and a helium-filled balloon that rises when opened. Learn more
All ticket types are not issued to a specific person – they can be freely gifted or re-sold if you or the gifted person decide they wish for someone else to participate instead of them.

- How long does the flight last?
The flight typically lasts about an hour, though this can vary depending on weather conditions and location. The entire adventure, however, takes usually 3-4 hours. - Can I change the flight date? What is my flight gets cancelled due to weather conditions?
Your ticket is valid for 24 months. On average, our passengers have to sign up for 2/3 flights before they actually fly as our flights are 100% dependent on safe weather conditions. Sometimes, they fly on the 1st flight they signed up for, but sometimes, it takes 3 or even 4 times signing up before they fly.
The moment your flight gets cancelled, your booking code becomes active again and you may sign up for another flight. - Can I bring children?
Yes, children at least 120cm tall may join fights, provided they are able to safely participate and are accompanied by a guardian on board. - How many people are in the basket?
It depends – typically between 10-18 people. - There’s a few of us – can we be sure we’ll be on the same flight?
Of course! Our flight calendar offers information on the number of open spots in each flight. Just choose one that has enough spaces for all of you and you sign everyone up for the same flight 😊
